3D Modeler (SketchUp & Layout Specialist)

We are looking for a highly skilled 3D Modeler with strong expertise in SketchUp and Layout to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in architectural and construction projects, producing accurate and detailed 3D models and presentation drawings.

Responsibilities:

• Create precise 3D models using SketchUp for architectural and construction projects.
• Prepare 2D documentation, layouts, and detailed drawings using Layout.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Ensure models and drawings are accurate, organized, and meet project standards.
• Revise and update models/drawings as needed based on client or team feedback

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in 3D modeling for AEC projects.
• Proficiency in SketchUp and Layout is required.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction drawings.
• Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
