🕗 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm MST

🌐 Language Requirement: Bilingual (Advanced English C1 is a must; Spanish is a plus!)

🎯 What You’ll Do:

🔹 Create detailed 2D & 3D CAD drawings for fabrication, assembly & installation

🔹 Translate sketches & specs into accurate shop drawings

🔹 Manage BOMs, part numbers & cut lists

🔹 Maintain drawing standards & documentation consistency

🔹 Collaborate with design & engineering teams to solve technical challenges

🔹 Revise drawings through change orders

🔹 Communicate with vendors & fabricators

🔹 Organize CAD files & assist with site measurements, prototyping & client reviews

🎓 What You Bring:

✔️ Degree or certification in Drafting, Industrial Design, Engineering, or related field

✔️ 2–3 years of CAD drafting experience in manufacturing or industrial settings

✔️ Proven success in startup or collaborative environments

✔️ Strong attention to detail & ability to work independently

🛠️ Hard Skills:

✅ SolidWorks (mandatory)

✅ AutoCAD and/or SketchUp (preferred)

✅ Tube steel & fabrication techniques

✅ Fabrication-ready drawings with tolerances & callouts

✅ Microsoft Office & Google Suite

✅ Material properties, fasteners & finish processes (e.g., powder coating)

✅ Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles
