**$1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of continued employment**
  
Pay Range: $24 - $28/hour Depending on Experience

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Fabricate countertops using high-end CNC and manual equipment
• Read and apply details from AutoCAD designs, SketchUp models, and technical blueprints
• Use grading plans and site layouts to inform fabrication details
• Polish, shape, and finish edges to meet precision specs
• Transport slabs and completed pieces within the workshop and warehouse
• Collaborate with team members and installers for smooth project execution
• Maintain and repair tools and fabrication machinery as needed
• Keep the production space neat and follow all safety protocols

  
Qualifications / Experience:

• Proven experience in countertop fabrication or construction-related field
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and site plans
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other 3D modeling software is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with stone types including granite, quartz, and marble
• Attention to detail and a drive for excellence
• Capable of lifting and maneuvering heavy materials
• Comfortable in a physically demanding, hands-on role
• Valid driver’s license for site-related transportation (if needed)
